I'm Alba Pardo, a journalist, photographer, and media producer passionate about storytelling and the action sports industry. Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated my career to capturing the essence of adventure and connection through words, visuals, and productions. In 2012, I founded SBES MAG, Spain’s leading snowboard magazine, which grew from an online platform into a celebrated print publication. Currently, I’m collaborating on the launch of Snowboard International, the first truly international print snowboard magazine, set to debut in 2024.

My experience spans journalism, event production, and multimedia content creation. I’ve had the privilege of working with leading brands and events like Red Bull, O Marisquiño, and Diario AS, producing content that resonates with audiences and drives meaningful connections. I’ve directed major events such as the Happy Ride Weekend, managed media and TV production for Europe’s largest urban sports festival, and developed strategic content for global audiences.

As the co-founder of the Women in Action Sports Network, I’m deeply committed to advocating for women in action sports, creating a community-driven platform where women can connect, learn, and grow. Having lived in over ten countries, I’ve embraced the adventurous lifestyle I love, and now I’ve settled in northern Sweden with my daughter, Pia. My work continues to reflect my passion for storytelling, the mountains, and building opportunities for others to thrive in this dynamic industry.
