For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of hosting the Women in Action Sports Panels as part of the official program of the prestigious Laax Open. These panels have served as a platform for thought-provoking discussions on representation, leadership, and progress in the action sports industry.

Featuring distinguished guests such as Donna Carpenter (former CEO of Burton), Anna Gasser (Olympic snowboard champion), Satu Järvelä (former Olympian and industry leader), and Sina Candrian (pro snowboarder and advocate), we’ve tackled topics like breaking barriers, building inclusive communities, and inspiring future generations.
